Lindsay Kratzer

Lindsay Kratzer is the owner and founder of Reflections Management & Care. Lindsay has resided in the Syracuse area ever since she obtained her BS in Psychology. She later decided to complete her MS in Psychology, specializing in Counseling, as well as receiving her certificate in Gerontology.

Lindsay has accumulated additional certifications including: Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Certified Care Manager, while also being an active member of the Aging Life Care Association. Lindsay is not only a member of the Aging Life Care Association, but serves on their Education Committee for New York and co-chairs the Syracuse Chapter. Lindsay has worked with the senior population for 19 years, with experience in both the inpatient and in-home settings.

Lindsay has spent the entirety of her career working with seniors to help them maintain independence in their homes, with the goal of finding effective long-term solutions for them and their families. Her passion for the senior population is evident in everything she does, although it is emphasized through her connections within the community and her unwavering dedication and commitment to her clients.

Lindsay absolutely adores her work, but what truly inspired her to pursue this field was her close relationship with her grandparents. She currently resides in Baldwinsville with her husband and two sons who she enjoys spending her time off with.
